Was looking for a patio umbrella base.Went there 10:30AM. No body was there, no one answered the phone when they post the store hours 10AM to 5pm .Went home, called them an hour later to make sure they open when I go there again.Hello,is this patio? An lady answered, no. This patio .com. (whatever)Went there, the lady said she didn’t have the base for me. Fine,I was about to leave .Saw one it might fit my umbrella post. I asked if could take a look.She said , it’s not going to fit and that’s a 300 dollar base.Very rude and unprofessional

Could not have had worse customer service. Salesperson would not even stand up to see the pieces I was interested in . Grudgingly gave prices and dimensions. Needless to say, we’ll buy elsewhere.
