Birthdays during covid are no fun thanks to quarantine. So, I decided to decorate my kid’s room to make her feel special. I was quoted $25 for 15 balloons, only to be surprised with 10 because the associate miss quoted. No time to wait for more balloons to be blown up or go to another store.
