Management is absolutely horrendous at this location. Given the pandemic, this location is operating a bit different than normal. With most businesses offering curbside pick up Party City should not be one of them. I placed an order one day in advance for curbside pickup. Showed up to the location to no designated curb side parking and had to wait in line 20 minutes before an employee could offer assistance. Literally 45 mins later I’m still waiting in line to see if I can grab my items the email stated were ready for pick up. Super frustrating!!
