The couldn’t find my online order (even though they emailed me a confirmation to pick it up in store). They couldn’t offer me refund because they couldn’t find it in their system (even with the order number etc) so I have to call customer service to get my money back. I was in the store for 45 mins while they scrambled to find my stuff. Might not wanna order online, last time some stuff was missing from our online order and we didn’t notice till we got home cause I didn’t check it like a dingus.UPDATE: Customer service said my order was picked up in store (not true). I’ve been on hold for 20 mins. Never shopping here again.
