I did an online order curved side pick up, I never received an email my order was ready but I spoke to a guy who said they would process it because they had to cancel an item that was out of stock which was fine. Didn’t receive the email, waited 24 hours nothing waited another 8 decided to go to the store call while at the parking one would answer after 15 mins or so when in side the store only to be told to wait on the other side of the store because the online poster is misleading it doesn’t actually say where to waited or what line I need to stand at. I ask the only person at the front direct me to the other end of the store to wait after a couple minutes she walk over and ask my name n got my order. I explain to her what had happen but it was like I didn’t say anything. She handed me my bag n that was it. Very unfriendly. N no explanation what happen why my order wasn’t processed correctly.

Ordered balloons 5 days in advance, went to pick them up and no balloons. The employees could not even find my order. Party City let us down, and their employees are absolutely clueless. What a waste of my time!

I went to the Orange store on Main to have my daughter’s birthday balloons inflated only to get home and discover that TWO of them had deflated. No, we did not have the ability to go back and get it fixed before her party. So we had to settle for deflated balloons in her balloon bouquet. I do not spend money at a store only to settle for less than I pay for. I am very angry, upset and disappointed. This sucks! >:-(
