We went in and after shopping around, Michael was at the register and checked us out. I am so pleasantly surprised by his amazing attitude. His personality was a breathe of fresh air(even under the mask). We did a balloon order and he helped us by making us feel like we were the only one in the store. His awesome personality made us feel so welcome. I didn’t notice that the line formed up a little as we confirmed our order and details. Thank you Michael for helping make my life easier and more pleasant.
