Poor service. I placed an order online for balloons in advance. My pick up time was 12pm on a Saturday. I couldn’t make it to the store until 1pm and I thought surely my balloons would be ready. As I’m waiting other customers are picking up balloons. When it’s my turn the cashier couldn’t find my order. So she asked a gentleman who appeared to be a manager and he states to the cashier that it would be about 30-45 minutes. I asked the manager/balloon gentleman why it would take so long. He says there are 4 other customers ahead of me. I explained I had ordered and scheduled a pick up at noon and it’s now 1pm. He offered me a discount but I refused because I didn’t have time to wait.I understand that weekends are busy but when an order is placed in advance for a specific pick up time there should be ample time to prioritize for the day. I blame the management.
