Rude employees. Give out wrong information. I tried to return extra graduation items and was told they couldn’t accept them because graduation items are final sales. I called the Party City customer service number and was advised that wasn’t the case and they even emailed me a return request invoice to return the items I need to return in-store. Store is also poorly stocked and organized.

What a great selection and amazing customer service. I usually go to the one by my house but this one is so much bigger and had absolutely everything I needed to complete my party. Definitely will be coming back for future events!

Had a nice little party inside. Lots of Karen’s came through peacefully. Never seen em that close. Very neat. Definitely not a big enough establishment to be calling themselves a city however.
