Awesome service announcement. Yesterday I did curbside pick up at party city in Pasadena for a cousin get together I am having for my girls birthday today at my house. This morning I opened the bag and to my surprise my banners weren’t there. It is my fault for not checking yesterday but still irritated that they weren’t efficient and that I got charged for something I didn’t get. Called the store and the person that answered told me she got with the assistant manager and I needed to come up there to get a refund. I wasn’t happy with that because it’s an inconvenience for their mistake. The store manager got on the phone and saw right away that I didn’t get the banners because they were out of stock but I still got charged and I never got an email telling me the banners were out or a refund for them. She said she had some other banners that would match perfectly and that they had adequate staff today to personally bring me the banners since my party is starting soon…….WOW. This is from Pasadena to North Shore and I made sure she realized that and she said it was no problem. Kudos to Pasadena Party City. Way to turn an irritated customer into a very happy and grateful one. Service like this doesn’t exist anymore. Britney Gonzales(not sure about spelling) arrived at my house within 30 min and even brought balloons to make up for the inconvenience. This is amazing service.
