They had exactly what I needed. Ask for help from more than one employee if the first doesn’t help you find it. The first employee approached me but what I was looking at was not on the shelf and he said the stocker only works a few hours. Would’ve been nice if he had offered to check if they had it in stock instead of saying I can come back to the store at a later date BUT he was young, maybe new, and it didn’t precisely serve the purpose I needed. I then changed my plan on what item to look for and looked but couldn’t find it. I asked a different employee in passing to be sure I wasn’t crazy and THEY DID HAVE IT.In total, I think I was approached/asked in passing by 3 separate employees if I needed help or found everything I needed. I approached 1 in a last resort and my needs were met. Since there’s so many different but similar products the store customer support high levels prevented me from walking away to go to a different store (missing the product on the shelf).I can use these boxes to protect my Etsy crafts from being damaged in transit. I also bought fancy Thank you stickers. tissue paper, and note cards to include in my boxes for buyers. It was all right here at a very reasonable price. Because of you guys, I was able to ship my customers package same-day. <3 Thank you!

Slow service. The line was so long but they pointed me in the right direction when I asked for where something was. Though she was busy inflation balloons she was able to assist me which I appreciated. I found what I needed. I found that this party city was well stocked!!

The ladies working were pretty friendly, and the place was clean. The other customers weren’t really acknowledging the social distance stickers on the ground. People were kind if bunching up. I didn’t feel very comfortable here. I felt the workers could have controlled the crowd better. But, overall pretty good.
