My daughter bought balloons and one of the employees was more concerned with going on her break rather than helping customers, and another employee acted as of it was beneath her to fill the balloons… they didn’t put a weight on the balloons so when my daughter was taking the balloons to her car, she lost a bunch of them … I think if the employees would have went the extra step as to put a weight on the balloons or even help her to her car, it would have meant a lot… I will take my business else where

These first thing I heard walking in was welcome to the party and I kinda laughed but the gentlemen at the counter was so helpfull in finding what I wanted and very polite. My first time ever going to party city and will be my new go to store to get things.
