The girl running the counter for the convenience part of the store is absolutely awful. I’ve seen her be rude to customers in front of me, and I’ve experienced her rude attitude myself. When I asked for a bag for multiple items I purchased she groaned rolled her eyes and handed me a bag without bagging anything. I no longer come here for convenience store items. I do however come to the Tim Hortons, because the woman that runs that is absolutely wonderful. She’s very good example of customer service. The young girl on cash register for the convenience side should train under her.
