I loved living here. The staff is wonderful, every maintenance person, every doorman, every porter is friendly and incredibility responsive. I moved into an immaculate apartment. The apartments are spacious and the closets are huge. I would highly recommend these rental buildings.

The amazing people at Parker Towers made our moving process really easy during the pandemic. Estee was so punctual when asking questions, and once we moved in Deja and Crystal were always there with a quick reply. We have made great friends here, and feel extremely safe…one of the reasons we moved in…also the pet friendly environment is such a key part in our experience here. We wish we moved in years ago! PS We even had our Wedding on Zoom in our apartment!!!!

Living at Parker Towers for 10 years, I feel this is the best rental apartment that I’ve chosen. It’s safe and clean environment is key for living in NYC. The service people are polite and friendly. Management cares about the quality of living for the residents here. In addition to usual maintenance, management arranges good events for the residents, so people with different family backgrounds feel at home. For years, I’ve noticed the improvements in the Parker Towers community. There are good indoor gyms, and the laundry rooms are well-maintained 24/7. These facilities not only extend our life activities, but the schedules also provide convenience for working people like me. Last but not the least, the movie screenings in the courtyard during the summer provide enjoyable times for all families here.
