I recently moved to the area, and I needed a storage unit. I contacted this storage facility and spoke with the manager, he was extremely helpful and had exactly what I needed at a great price. I was treated like an important customer and time was taken to answer all my questions. If you need the best in storage, this is the place to go!

My parents have been using this storage unit since December of 2018. They recently changed the policy and decided to charge about $10 more a month. They sent the heads up of the policy change through email. My mother left a review letting everyone know to read the policy and check their email regularly. She said nothing rude or out of the way. About 5 minutes ago she got a call from the manager, Phillip, and she put it on speaker. He asked about her review on here. Telling her that he’s never been rude and that the review looks bad on him. She never said anything about him personally in her review. Just about the policy change. But he continued to try to argue about how her review made him look bad. He wouldn’t let her get a word in edgewise. She didn’t want to argue and got tired of being cut off mid-sentence, so she just hung up. He called back immediately. Well, my dad answered and told him that he didn’t need to call and harass my mom anymore. So the manager decided to tell my dad that he needed to come and get their stuff out of the storage unit. Even though they are paid up for the next 3 weeks. So even though my mom never said anything about him personally, but the policy and email, that man is very UNPROFESSIONAL calling and harassing someone about their personal OPINION.
