ParadICE is a local Santa Barbara business serving delicious authentic Hawaiian shave ice and premium, locally churned ice cream. We also now share our shop with Hustle & Grind Coffee Company, who serve locally roasted Caje coffee and delicious toasts. Our shave ice flavors are house-made with REAL fruit and organic cane sugar. Customers have the option to add a scoop of Santa Barbara Ice Cream Co. at the bottom and topping on top. We DO NOT use high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors or artificial colors in our syrups. We care about our planet and use products that are environmentally friendly. Our shop is located in downtown Santa Barbara, CA, directly across from the Paseo Nuevo Theaters. Enjoy a taste of the islands!
