Not a good experience in Papaya. I bought a pair of navy pants in a hurry, and I thought it fit well. When I got home, however, I took a closer look and did not like the way it looked on me. Within one week I tried to return it in perfect condition with receipt, but they did not give me my money back. I was very disappointed because every store gives refunds with receipts. I live 70 miles away, cannot keep going back to find something with store credit. I hope management will make some changes, as Papaya needs to join the real world and give full refunds. Never will I go back!

Only giving it one star, cause we found a dress… other than that, the 3 girls working there did not greet us and were very unprofessional in the retail business. Hope they read yelp reviews and assist these girls who worked on New Years Day a little education on friendly customer service.
