I’m not sure how their diamond/jewelry service is but I would ABSOLUTELYYYYY NOT RECOMMEND(!!!) bringing in your watch here for any repairs/battery replacement.I was charged $20 to replace a battery for a low end Tag watch. Service was quick, staff was friendly.I come home and I see THREE(!!!) different scratches on the back of the watch. Clearly from them trying to pry open the back panel. My watch was spotless when I brought it in. Now I have the pleasure of being inconvenienced to return to their store to have them fix their mistake.I come back and they offer to rebuff the scratches. Unfortunately I was better off taking my loss with the scratches because their buff job is HORRENDOUS!!! What a headache. I just wanted to get a battery replaced and I come out with a fcked up watch.Save yourself the headache and avoid this business at all cost!! You’ve been warned.
