We ordered two pizzas and literally 2 hours later got the pizzas and they were cold. We did not get the drink we ordered or the extra sauces. We tried to stop the driver and let him know but he took off. We called the store and told them hoping they could call him and have them bring it right back. They then call back about 10 minutes later and tell us they are out of the drink we ordered and so we tell them a different one. We never got the drink or extra sauces. Worst experience we have ever had with ordering pizza. Will not order from this location again. Sucks too because we love Papa John’s.

Last week, the pizza was delivered with a hole in between. This week the whole pizza was wrong, like box stated the correct name but the pizza inside was wrong. Called and they said, yea send the wrong pizza back when we sent the right one. Which we are glad to cause it wasn’t touched, opened box and closed it (although it was surrounded by hungry kids).But it also made me think what if the correct pizza has also been somewhere, how much can it be trusted to be untouched ( during these times ) .. last week I was looking at the pizza n thinking did someone take a bite? This week .. we believe we are done with this store. No explanation provided, bad customer service.

We ordered a large the works, no black olives and no mushrooms and we ordered a small cheese pizza. Both original crust.There were black olives and mushrooms on the pizza. Both were overcooked and needed more cheese. Very dissatisfied with the pizzas. They were not worth the $35.00 paid. I believe the quality of Papa John’s is declining.
