From the time I placed my order until the time it came, all took 33 minutes (so fast)! The food was hot, looked fresh and smelled wonderful. All of my sauces that I paid for were in my order. The delivery guy was very nice and efficient. I really appreciate the great service I received today!

Zero stars. Papa John’s needs to do something, this restaurant smears the name of the company.The owner threatens you (a friend of mind, saw it with my own eyes), and won’t deliver to the door. Was in my house with a broken foot and had to argue with the owner and delivery driver to come to my door. My wife, who was very sick had to walk downstairs to pick up $30+ worth of food.Then, they tried to mark my order as delivered without actually delivering the food and took another 50 minutes on top of the 50 minutes I waited to get the food. So basically 1 hour and 40 minutes — I spent $34.00. Thats a lot of money to be treated that way. Especially for pizza.Also very cheap, they tried to charge my buddy seventy five cents for a garlic sauce and didn’t include the pepper that comes with my order. It’s worse than the DMV.

I have gone in there two times in different occasions and both times they made me wait 15 min maybe more until I was asked if I wanted to order and when I said yes! Shakir I believe is his name told me to call and order over the phone because he was to busy to take my order. I asked him so if I call you would be the one to answer and he said “yes”and I asked him what is the difference if I’m already here to Order in person and he insisted he was to busy to take my order. Horrible employees, horrible customer service. Worst place EVER!!!!!!!
