It’s relatively fast but for some reason if you don’t order at the kiosk and instead use the cashier (as I did when I forgot to order a drink), mine in particular seemed confused about the whole scenario of using a cash register and gave me a bizzare blank stare whilst seeming confused as to how to process a simple payment. I worked customer service when I was younger and we were trained to always say hello, she just oddly ignored me then stared at me like I was an alien. Weird. Perhaps this is due to a lot of young people being new to the market or very poor training but I was surprised at how inept she was.Clean restaurant, no mask requirements, free wifi, and lately not crowded so you can do homework or whatever in peace. I enjoyed my visit and will keep coming now that indoor dining is open.

Very good place to eat. I love their sandwiches. FRESH! The bread is so yummy. I’ve tried their spaghetti, they have wonderful desserts! Yes Panera was a smart decision for Yuba City!!

This was a day and night guest treatment. My wife and son went to eat lunch earlier that day around 1 and the cashier was not so friendly she asked if she had a membership sheet replied no and she told her the total. She did not offer me the opportunity to get the membership. So I returned this time with my wife to get some pastries because they are delicious and the cashier was super nice she looked like a manager.. She too asked us if we had membership we replied no but she asked if we would like the rewards membership we said yes.. I took the time to write this because I really appreciated the woman who took care of u s Best Guest Service. I wish I knew her name. It was at 8 pm . Thank you
