Pleasantly the Manger Kyle Brady Was out to greet me as I was getting my large cup of coffee I am apart of the Panera family for about a month now I enjoy the calming atopmhere there breed was the best I tasted in a 10 mile radius I had been to several different Panera bread they are very hospitable and everything is fresh as they say some less cleaner then other but this one in concord tops the list from the valley to Bay Hope other stores are willing to challenge them in the rise to be the greatest Rise Up

This is the worst time I’ve had so far at this Panera. My order didn’t include my piece of bread, and my mother’s didn’t include her extra dressing, and didn’t list her customized ingredients. She also got some skin from the avocado in her salad. After all the good work they did while not being able to have sit down guests, things are falling apart for their take out orders! So sad, this was my go-to Panera!
