On my first and only visit on May 31, 2021, the person at the drive-thru collected the tab for three sandwiches and a salad then immediately diverted me to a waiting area. Mine was the only vehicle in the drive-thru line. I waited there for about 10 minutes. My order was delivered to my vehicle. I unfortunately did not open the bag until at home several miles away where I discovered that one of the three sandwiches was missing. I won’t be going back. I don’t mind being a hostage to leisurely service but this joint stole my money.

Panera just gives a sense of relaxation and to enjoy your food. Very clean place. Food tastes good. Very helpful staff on helping you order. Witnessed how a staff member helped a new panera customer to order and was patient in telling her what each food item had. Would definitely come again and recommend this location.
