Panera has broken up the drive though line to first take your order at one section and then your payment at the second area. Great initiative at streamlining the process. It was quick, and effective method. This was during peak weekend lunch time. Start to finish 5 minutes and had a pretty decent size 3 person order. Good job Panera.

Advertised vs Reality. The wraps are hard. Has the pandemic made them change the ingredients or not?

So expensive for average quality and small amount of food. $28 dollars for bread bowl soup, half grilled cheese and mac and cheese, no drinks. Bread bowl only 2/3 hollowed out, so not that much soup inside. Half grilled cheese only grilled on crust, questioned employee on grilling and was told that’s the way we do it. Very odd and not really a grilled cheese sandwich. Wife said Mac and cheese was good, hence two stars. Very disappointed, doubtful I would ever return.
