Food was excellent as it is always at Panera’s. This specific store needs some refreshing, feels old.

The restaurant was very dirty, service was unprofessional and food was mediocre.

This experience was just average. Had to order on the app. I guess boomers don’t navigate this app well. Sandwich was just basic and unappetizing. Bread as always was good. The iced tea (black tea) was excellent. Wife enjoyed the tomato bisque soup and Caesar salad. I’ll be back when all covid restrictions are lifted and a human can make sure that I get everything I want on my sandwich.

I rate this five stars because my client really loves them. Their food and breads are great. However, being the person who is paying out the money, I might have thought I was in Vegas eating at Emeril’s where the portions are small and the price is high. Also, nowadays with curbside and orders to go, I was told that they couldn’t take my order over the phone and I had to pay for it online. When I got to the store there are two kiosks to order and skip the line, but I guess I didn’t have the coveted Panera card so the kiosk wouldn’t accept my credit card! Even when I got to a person to order, they asked me about whether I had a Panera card. What Panera card? So, this was also how my day was going and I don’t want to deter you from eating here. For most people the portions are healthy. But for the customer, as we open up and have new systems in place, the in store customer experience may be a thing of the past.
