Got to the Arlington NU store 6 minutes before closing, and the staff were incredible polite and ready to serve us. Kudos to you for the excellent customer service.

Really, guys? The creamy tomato soup was lukewarm, the tuna salad sandwich tasted sour, and the entire meal took half an hour to come to me. I used to be able to count on Panera for fast, quality food at reasonable prices, but the aforementioned soup and sandwich cost me nearly $17 and was a travesty. I will never be back. I used to be a frequent customer of Panera–particularly at this Route 44 Poughkeepsie location. Not anymore. To Panera and all casual dining restaurants: you have to get your acts together and provide people with good food and service if you want to continue to be in business after COVID.

Walked in and the restaurant was clean even during lunch. My complaint is about my sandwich. I ordered a roast turkey with bacon and avocado. The turkey as you can see looks like it was from a can. It was wet and very tiny pieces. Nothing like what I used to get. That was all I had so I can’t comment on anything else.
