I ordered delivery from this Panera and let me tell you. I ordered a whole BBQ Chicken salad and besides getting some chicken and onion, there was nothing in the salad!! Where were the red pickled onions?? Truly horrible. The bread was half eaten and I blame that in my grub hub driver for that but really you could t have stapled everything a bit better?? The salad was not fresh, the soup wasn’t even like warm, it was cold. my friend and I paid $50 for the order and for what?? A whole salad that had no quantity at all.I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich, and the bread was COLD. The lettuce was not in the sandwich, and same could be said for the feta cheese 🙁 there was also NO hummus. I was literally eating things off the wrapper. Also, the wrapper had a hole in it. I definitely didn’t expect much, but this is unacceptable. I felt cheated out of what could have been a good meal.Also, I mentioned that I wanted utensils and napkins twice in my order. They were nowhere to be found, but it’s okay, at least they gave me a straw for the watered down coffee!If we could give negative stars, we would.

Great place. Panera bread never fails to satisfy. Always very friendly & welcoming. Helpful when indecisive or figuring out what to eat. Food is always good and made right. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat hands down. They always send out deals via email. As long as you have your card, the deal comes up on their screen and you can choose to collect it during that order or for next time. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and hard to find available seats but hey who can claim them. Great location; great service; always clean; & great food.

Coffee is good. Would like to be able to get warm pastries and have the cream cheese or butter actually put on my bagel instead of just always included in the bag.
