Absolutely amazing customer service! The mall was very hectic and the line was out the door and still the team was welcoming, energetic and very helpful! They knew exactly how to help me pick out what I wanted and were very informed about their product. Was so glad I came to this Pandora and will definitely be returning after the holidays to continue to add on to my bracelet!!

Horrible customer service after a silent wait because they were at max capacity. While inside the store no-one greeted my partner or I when we got inside the store. Finally someone asked if we needed help and we started talking with her about a bracelet then she stops our conversation to help someone who is still behind the stanchion who isn’t even inside the store yet. Definitely will not be coming back.

I had ordered a bracelet online and it didn’t fit my fiancé, I called ahead of time when they were about to close and they still welcomed us in with 4 minutes to spare, wasn’t rushed and the exchange was super nice and ended getting more charms, thank you so much Daisy amd Michelle!
