I came in on Mother’s Day 05/08/21 to Purchase my mother a gift ended up getting her a necklaces with a pendant, Jeanine was the associate who helped me very friendly and knowledgeable. However as my mom goes to open her gift “SURPRISE” nothing is there I was so embarrassed and humiliated! I called the store Angel answered the phone said ( oh yes we do have it sorry but if you would like to come in and get it). Like what the hell of course I’m going to get it! Drove 35 minutes back for the same lady who answered the phone Angel is standing there waiting with Jeanine. I’m assuming Angel is some kind of manager there but I don’t know what kind of manager she is when she can’t even express herself correctly no kind of compassion, or empathy when talking to a customer no sincere apology on top of that Angel thinks she can buy me with a 10 percent coupon. There is nothing that can buy the humiliation I went though and the fact that there was no sincere apology. I truly hope that they can have some kind of training in how to make sure that they have put the actual jewelry in the box, and how to talk to a customer and show compassion.
