I have been to Pandora twice and both times the experience was great… the customer service was great and I knew what i wanted so i was in and out… even with the pandemic going on the time was very fast… the young ladies that work their are very nice and friendly… i will most definitely shop their again.

I was in here on 2/13 the day before Valentine’s Day and I get it it’s a big holiday for them but their customer service was ridiculously rude. It took us over an hour and a half before we could get serviced and even then the lady that assisted me would not show the charms up close, while other customers got to hold the jewelry. When I asked her to see other charms she would slam the cabinets and not speak to me. She glared at me the whole time ready for me to choose something when I hard time seeing the charms as they are small. I was anxious and just picked something but I will just stick to ordering online to avoid another experience like this.
