It was pretty effortless, you do need to walk around the store to check availability of items for yourself. The Customer Service representative said they didn’t have an item, they did have it. I was able to let another customer know, they were elated to purchase the Ferris Wheel charm. I’ll go back.

I Recently went to get some earrings as a christmas gift for someone. I had a bad experience with one of the ladies. I didn’t catch her name but she was short and had short black hair , no glasses. She gave us bad customer service. I felt like I was getting in trouble for no reason. I tried asking for help by another employee and she refused to let us get help by someone else.
