Went here because landlord suggested that this one gave more food compared to the one at Foster City.Line was long, family feast costs 37 instead of the 30 at the other location, and the food is barely above the bottom plate and didn’t reach the top of the box when closed.Ingredients are a bit fresher than the Foster City one, so they at least got that right.They also ask if you want to donate to kids during check out and announces your reply. I am pretty sure the donations are for kids much like the sign in their store that says CCTV are here for YOUR protection.TL:DRFresh ingredients, less than generous servings, passive aggressive donation asking.

I have been waiting in line over 20 mins and still have not made it inside. The staff moves slow here. Need to learn how to move the line faster. Also, portion size use to be good now they give you less food. I didn’t even go inside to order because of all the door dash orders.

I feel JOSE [cashier] misses common sense. In order for the line to move forward, he doesn’t want to ring up my single order because I was not next. The people infront of me were still waiting for their order to be filled, so there was a lot of people bunch up at the cashier. I hope someone in management will explain to him what distancing is all about and keep the line moving.
