DO NOT GO!! All employees including boss were Super unprofessional. I came in on Monday and the lady clerk with glasses said we would have to come in Thursday at 9. ( in which I didn’t know they don’t open till 10 on Thursday). Came in at 9 the following Thursday. then boss came at 9:15. And grabbed keys and said “ they’ll be here at 930” I’ll be done by 12. It is now 2 and they tried to keep my keys and keep my deposit bc I wanted to leave… this is the second time I came and they took 5 &8 hrs for Them not to do anything at all. T

GUIDANCE FOR EMPLOYERS AND WORKERS INENFORCING MASK REQUIREMENTSEmployers must ensure that workers comply with safe and healthy workpractices, including the use of face coverings as required by the CDPHguidelines or equivalent protection when a worker cannot use a face covering.Employers should handle face covering requirements the same way that theemployer enforces other health and safety requirements at the workplace.Employers may require the public to wear face coverings in their establishments, and at a minimum should strongly encourage members of the public to wearface coverings, using signage and requests to the public before they enter theestablishment. Making the public aware of requirements and expectationsbefore they enter an establishment is the best way to minimize confrontationand encourage compliance. Making disposable courtesy face coveringsavailable to those who don’t have them is also recommended.Workers should avoid confronting coworkers or members of the public who arenot wearing a face covering for the purpose of attempting to enforce any face-covering recommendation or requirement. In these instances, workers should maintain at least a 6-foot distance from othersand raise any concerns to their supervisor.Employers should train their workers on what to do in such situations, includinghow to minimize risk of workplace violence and what to do to get support whende-escalation efforts are unsuccessful in these situations.Consider using the following language:• “Following the guidelines (on face coverings or distancing) can protectyou and everyone else, so we ask that you follow them.”• “If you don’t have a face covering, we’d be happy to provide one (ifavailable).”• For customers and visitors to the workplace: “We regret that you’reunwilling to follow the guidelines. Please give us a bit of time to organizethe area to allow additional physical distance between you and otherpeople.”In all instances, it is important to focus on minimizing risk and to practice de-escalation measures:• Speak with a calm voice at a normal volume and communicate withposture and expression that the person will be respected.Settle on a method for calling in support from security or law enforcementif needed.
