Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness First of all, let me say I have been mostly satisfied with their work, until we had a business issue. I had an issue with the business side, not their work. They went out of the way to make it right. I would definitely recommend PP and know this, if they make a mistake, which we all do, they will work to correct it.
