Excellent experience! The Roomba has beaten up the corners of a family heirloom carpet and Hamid walked me through the details of what can be done to clean, repair, and protect it for future generations. And then I stopped to gaze at the glorious collection of rugs and carpets on the walls, floors, and crannies in the store. Wow! I’ll be back in 2 weeks to pick it up and many times more to peruse options for some still bare floors at home…

Ali at Pamir Rugs provided *the best* service. He came in providing an estimate for cleaning our 4 rugs (1 large, 2 medium ,and 1 small) He picked them up, cleaned and repaired, and return them just as he said he would. In fact, he spent extra time on a small rug to make it look perfect by repairing the edging and lost threads. He did this at no cost just because he cares.He is very knowledgeable about the origin, era, and fabrics used in various rugs. To him, they are works of art and he repaired 2 of mine, lovingly.He sent me an update of the progress with before and after photos of my antique Persian rug.Ali and his brother delivered my carpets after 7 days and placed them for me, even moving my furniture back in place. They installed the padding and made sure my rug was perfectly placed in my living room. They were patient and so kind.They use gentle cleansers on the fabrics which protects the cotton fringe work, and air dry the rugs. My rugs look amazing!I definitely recommend Pamir Rugs and Kilms!

I contacted Pamir Rugs to clean a houseful of beautiful but tired carpets I recently received. . .I dreaded the task of having them cleaned, but Ali and his assistant made it SO EASY. They kindly relieved me of having to lug them to the Lighthouse shop by coming to my house, looking over the rugs (I was impressed by how knowledgable Ali was), submitting their estimate, and carting them off. About three weeks later, I had carpets that were literally gleaming: colors were restored, repairs were made at no additional cost, and wise advice was offered for keeping them gorgeous. I couldn’t be more pleased!
