Customer service is non existent here. Waited an hour when was specifically told it would be 30-40 mins to start on my vehicle. Wouldn’t mind waiting but it took an hour. When asking how much longer it would be, front desk clerk gave attitude as if it’s my fault she told me an incorrect time. Did not appreciate the attitude when asking a simple question. The older gentleman doing the actual work was apologetic and worked on not taking forever. He is appreciated. The lady should do better in responding to people when she is the one giving out information that I went off of. Would go back if I only dealt with the man.
