Love PD Hydro. Probably every staff member has helped me at one time or another and every interaction has been positive. They’ve held the shop open for me a few minutes past close when I called ahead, have ordered cords for me online, and have given me great advice about the reputation and quality of multiple products.

I thought I had a great experience because the staff seemed very knowledgable based on all the advanced questions I asked Brent, but after I got home and went about my business I found algae inside of 1 product bottle and in another, after I started using it(it already had it isnide) after I opened it and I’m very professional about keep my product up to par in conditions so it was very disappointing because after discovering the first bottle had a hole on the top part, and was covered by a discounted sticker and mind you I spent money here, and this is what the employee recommended me to so I WARN you to check your products (OPEN THE TOP & MAKE SURE there aren’t holes being covered by product discounts) so you dont go spending your money thinking you saved money without checking your product first.
