I ordered my birthday cake from here on May 19 & when I came to pick it up the Mexican lady that works in the bakery told me she was off the clock & wouldn’t help me but she stayed in the store & shopped the entire time I stood there waiting on a lady that didn’t work in that department watch her look for my cake for 20 minutes. Then it took the lady another 15 minutes to find a cake container. I was in the store 1 1/2 waiting on a cake. Non exceptional! Customer service sucks over there.

I love this store. The only problem I have is that they only have 1 cart you can drive for disabled people. I have had to wait several times for long periods for it to become available only to see kids playing on it.. A bunch of times it would be almost dead or die on me. Which is frustrating. If getting there close to closing and the cart isnt available your screwed.. They really should have at least 2 if not 3 but at least 2.

Best water is always available here. Also there is a plenty of toilet paper and napkins on the shelves.
