Despite being across the country, Valerie was great to work with when I found a particular wedding ring that I wanted from their store. When the ring was not able to arrive on time before the wedding, she overnight shipped a stock ring that we were able to use for the wedding ceremony to save the day.Overall, she was great to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions that I had. Thanks to her and Padis Jewelry for getting me the ring I want, despite the very short timeline before the wedding ceremony!
