I’ve never had a bad experience shopping at a retail store. Never. Except until I went to this pacsun. My best friend and I walk into this store we are respectful and minding out an business, and we go into the dressing rooms to try clothes on. She’s asking me to go into hers to see if this top looks good on her, normal shopping things right? The employee didn’t think so, he’s like a middle aged man and he told us that if we went in together we would be kicked out of the store. Don’t even know why.

PacSun has some really good sales. They have a great selection, they even sell Brandy Melville. They offer great sales on jeans. My only complaint is the employees, they are not much help, they let a group of teens run all over the store which bothered those of us shopping. #LocalGuides

Manager was super rude and unfriendly. She had short red/brown hair. Super unprofessional and would NEVER come back to this location. Everything is messy, picked out or out of stock. Management needs to reevaluate what customer service means.
