Abstract
Workers were talking about me thinking I couldn’t hear. One of the associates (high pitched voice, long brown hair) implied I wanted to shoplift when I took a hat into the dressing room by accident. Will be filing a formal complaint against this store.

I love the look of their clothes however the customer service is very poor. I ordered a pair of pants online that said they were in stock however a month later the website still said that they were processing. I had to call them to see what was going on only to find out that the pants were out of stock, even though I was charged for them and it said it was in stock on their website. Not only that but I had to be the one to call and figure out what the problem was. They never contacted me to tell me what had happened. Also when some friends and I were in the store, the workers there were very rude and yelled at us even though we weren’t doing anything wrong.
