They did a great job on getting me the tires and such, but they didn’t tell me till after I waited a couple of hours, that a compressor went out, which is why I waited for 2 1/2 hours to get two new tires put on. Other than that, they were cool. The guy, I don’t remember his name, was sorry for my long wait. Prices aren’t bad.

Went in at 8am right when they opened. Was the first car that was supposed to be serviced. Only needed my rear brakes replaced but instead waited 3 hours as everyone who came in after me was helped before me. Was told I would have a rep call my name when my car was done but I had to go up to the service desk to constantly ask about an update on my car. Eventually when I went to the service desk for the third time, I was told that my car was ready for over an hour. They didn’t call my name out at all or even come get me from the customer waiting room.
