Love that they’re open 24/7. Definitely helped during my pet emergency, they were very helpful and I thank them for that.

All the staff was attentive (receptionists, techs, and doctor). Dr. Nikki addressed all my concerns for my dog and really tried to get to the root of the problem with my furbaby by asking specific questions. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s a 24 hr urgent/emergency care hospital so remember to be patient because it might take a while. In fact, you might consider going back home for a few hours until you get some news. Remember that if your baby has en emergency, you’d want them to prioritize your baby.

I had to really think before writing this review. All my pets have been through this hospital. Lots and lots of money paid to this hospital over the years. It was the last situation that had me extremely upset. My cat was taken there on Easter and checked into the hospital. She was very sick. High fever and not eating. I HAD to be the one to call and see what was going on! My cat has not eaten and come 2 days later I had to call AGAIN to see what was going on only to be told I should come down and her probably be best to put her down!!! I will never know why she was dying and even the doctors did not know. Just was told a virus. I will never know how she was treated behind closed doors or was she alone suffering or if they fed her before she died. I understand the corona virus makes it hard but we all do not see the actual care or what the hell is going on back there. Are they as good to you pets as they are if you are in the room with them!! At to make it worse, they kept calling her by the wrong name the days we did call in. My boyfriend was seriously mad after we put her down and had the service come and pick her up and called the vet, they still called our cat by the wrong name. We had to call the company who cremated her to make sure they had it straight! That hospital may be popular and a big facility, but quality had gone down hill and I would rather go to another emergency vet!!
