They were attentive when we were buying our appliances, but afterwards when we needed them for a followup they NEVER returned our calls. When we went to their store,their manager said that we should realize that the person we are trying to get hold of manages the entire department. I am a customer and I do not have to realize or be concerned about their staffing. That is between their employees and their higher ups. Customers expect quality in service…nothing less.

I had a great experience with their customer service. Due to Covid everything is pretty much back ordered for awhile but whenever I call they give me good info on updates. Things have been rough but it’s nice to deal with good people who actually care about good service.
