Giving them 1 star because I had a miserable experience (buying Toto toilets) with Pacific Sales Kitchen – Irvine.They told me they had toilets in stock and promised delivery in a week as I was in an urgent situation. That was all before the sale when they were quite responsive and professional.After taking my money, it turns out the toilets were not all in stock. I find this out on my delivery day and one of the items sent was damaged.I was upset but a good company can redeem themselves with how they respond when this happens.I called everyday but they were very unhelpful and disinterested. Many promises to call me back the next day, etc.If you can avoid them please do. If not I sincerely hope you have a better experience and they don’t treat you poorly and show another side after taking your money. It feels bad to be taken advantage of but if me looking foolish can help someone else then at least there’s that.
