Joanna is the best. We purchased new kitchen appliances, all but the fridge. The experience was great. PS has a lot to offer. We did have an issue with the range which required multiple services call to try and resolve the issue. Joanna was constantly following up on our repair progress. Unfortunately, the problem was not corrected, UNTIL Joanna got involved. Within a day of telling her the range was a lemon, Joanna elevated the issue and now the manufacturer is sending us an upgraded model. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
