Almost overwhelming each time I enter this store… SO many great things I need to see! Always a great selection of quality products. There have been times that they were out of stock on a few things, but every single time they say they will have it, they have. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The kayak rental is very easy ,fast, and only 40 dollars to rent a kayak for 24 hours. They have the hobie pedal drive kayaks there which are great for fishing

I took 2 of my Glock 19’s in for custom stipple work, a redesigned grip and polished internals and Chris Ostrom did the most amazing work I’ve seen. He was already busy with other customers but had both of my firearms done day’s before promised. Pacific Outfitters in Ukiah had always had great customer service and I’ll continue to shop there. Thank you Chris for making my firearms better than I ever thought.
