This branch of PC Richards, a large household appliance store is located on Queens Boulevard in Forest Hills, Queens. It has a wide selection of TVs, dishwashers, washing machines, etc. Prices are in line with Best Buy, Amazon and the other online vendors.Customer service is pretty good. They let you go around and look at the products without bothering you too much but are available if you have a question. If you, like me, like to look at large appliances before buying, PC Richards is a pretty good option.

I went to this location today to purchase an air conditioner and was very happy with my shopping experience. Raza was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and I didn’t feel at all pressured. I was also happy that they were following good Covid protocols, with a big bottle of hand sanitizer at the door, and masks required for employees and customers. Shopping for household appliances is not my idea of a good time, but this was totally painless and even, dare I say, pleasant.
