Friedrich air-conditioner fit the bill!I went to PC Richard in Bayside with my mother-in-law Patricia Diaz to buy her a replacement Friedrich in-wall air conditioner. We met with Louie, who couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful, and he steered us toward a new unit that would fit in the same sleeve. We brought it home and it fit perfectly! I was at the Bayside PC Richard’s and Mike M helped me. He was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. He didn’t jump on me when I walked in the door to try and push me into buying something, because they do work on commission. A very nice gentleman I would request him if I need to come to this location again.
