I had a great pleasure dealing with Mr. B at the Bay Ridge office. He was AWESOME! I had ordered a dishwasher way back in December and he had called to let me know that it was discontinued. A couple of weeks later, I had found a dishwasher that I had liked from another facility and he priced matched it and also accommodated it with supplies needed for hookup. Oh, did I mention that dishwasher was scheduled to delivered in a couple of days? Honestly, this was the best customer experience I EVER had and I will definitely be going to P.C.
