My overall experience was good. I ordered flowers for my mom and asked for them to be delivered at her resting place at the Santa Clara cemetery. The customer service rep I spoke to seemed nice. She explained what I would be getting and confirm I couldPlace the order online which was very convenient for me.The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I specifically asked for a picture to be taken so I could see the beautiful arrangement along her graveside. But I never received it.My brother went to the cemetery that day and he is the one who provided the picture so I got to see what the flowers looked like. Needless to say the arrangement was very beautifully created so I was satisfied.Thank you for accepting to accommodate my delivery to the cemetery.

Fantastic customer service and spectacular arrangements:Rosa is an artist with live plant orchid arrangements. She hand selected both the orchids per our preferences but also went out of the way to get the perfect container. The recipient was thrilled and sent us a picture of the gift which was far beyond our expectations. She remembered us from the last order including my name and who my last order went to.We love dealing with this business as she makes things so easy!We will continue to use them whenever possible.thank you Rosa!
